"Picked up my trainers that I had..."
I went to grab the trainers I ordered online, and the wonderful young lady really went the extra mile to assist me. I had a bunch to pick from, and the staff member offered her time and suggestions on which ones to select. Fantastic service - much appreciated!

"My experience at the store was fantastic!"
I visited the shop and really enjoyed the diverse selection of men's brands, especially the Autumn styles. The staff were super friendly as well. The only hiccup was that I ordered four items online, but one of them was sent incorrectly.

Other than that, it's a fantastic place to shop!

"Unreceived item, no reply from support"
Update: After AIDA got back to me regarding my review, they handled the issue swiftly. I visited the store to collect the item that was missing, and everything's all good now. I still adore this store and will keep shopping here!

I had one item that didn’t arrive, and a few others came in the wrong color. I reached out via email about a week ago to get it fixed, but I haven’t heard back yet. I really enjoy AIDA's products, so I hope they can get back to me so I can update my review! :(

"Super nice team and great products"
The team is super nice and the products are great. One thing I’d recommend is to offer the 15% discount for signing up for the newsletter in the store too, not just online. Also, I’m curious why some of the men's Veja sizes are priced lower than the women's?
